If you find a cheaper price on another Australian online baby retailer, we will endeavour to provide you with a better price. To ensure we can provide you with a better price, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, delivery postcode, the product you are enquiring about and a link to the store with a cheaper price. The item must be in stock, and be the exact item to which we stock (ie. pack size, colour and supplier stock code). Our Price Promise does not include liquidation, clearance, comparison sale sites, auction (ie. eBay™) or search engine retailers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. To determine a price match, we may take into consideration the full checkout price including delivery. We reserve the right at any time to not honour a price match.
We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard (both credit cards and debit cards). If placing an order from outside of Australia, your card may have international purchasing restrictions, simply call your banking institution and advise that you are making a purchase from us. All transactions between your browser and our website are secured using 128-256 bits TLS encryption, depending on your browser’s capabilities. All transactions are processed by PayPal and therefore comply with their strict privacy and security policies. This site doesn’t store or share credit card information.
MyScallywag is part of the GOOTS Group of businesses and therefore on your bank statement of payment for your purchase will show a payment to GOOTS Enterprises, not MyScallywag. If paying with PayPal your bank statement will show a payment to PayPal and your PayPal statement will show a payment to GOOTS Enterprises P/L.

Payments are processed in real-time, which means, a full payment of your order is required at checkout and funds will be debited immediately. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (including any applicable taxes). The prices indicated exclude delivery and handling. Prices are subject to change without notice. MyScallywag will at all times use best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point in time. The prices that are displayed on the website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.
If a price changes on the MyScallywag website after you have placed your order and before your order ships, MyScallywag at its discretion, reserves the right not to honour this price.
At MyScallywag, we offer a large range of baby products to our customers. Due to a number of factors (including space, turn over, supplier availability, colour choice and more) we do not carry all products advertised on our website. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Our checkout will enable you to order a product that is out of stock – this means your incomplete order is held in dispatch until the order is complete.
In the event that you place an order a product that is out of stock in our warehouse, we will endeavour to notify you by email within 2 business days that your order is incomplete and we will do our best to advise you of an estimated time of arrival for those products out of stock if such information is available. If necessary, we may offer you an alternative item of equal value.
Please ensure you allow enough time for your order to arrive.
An Incomplete Order, Backorder or Special Order is an order in which one or more items may not be in stock at the time of order. We will endeavour to notify you by email within 2 business days that your order is incomplete. If a product within an order is out of stock, the remaining order will be held in our warehouse until the product arrives in. This includes products that we do not keep in stock and are ordered directly through our supplier. This includes but is not limited to furniture and Strollers.
Due to size and space requirements, we do not keep all furniture items in stock. We advise you to allow up to a 12 week wait for furniture items to arrive from the supplier. Note that an item that is on back order through the supplier generally means longer than average waiting times apply to backorder. Estimated time of arrivals for backorders are approximate only and can change without notice.
Under extreme circumstances and if available, where a delivery of an incomplete/ Backorder/ Special Order is required (Part Shipment), an additional delivery fee will be charged. Part Shipments of furniture or Stroller bundles orders are not available. Please see Delivery Policy for Dispatch & Delivery timeframes.
We ship Australia-Wide excluding some remote locations like Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Thursday Island and other remote locations. Unfortunately, online orders cannot be picked up from warehouse for liability reasons. We ship to residential and business addressed however due to the use of courier services, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We use Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral courier company, and Australia Post for smaller items.
We charge a flat fee of $10 for purchases with a final checkout value of less than $150
Purchases over $150 are free to Metro Australian addresses. However, if you live outside a Metro area a flat fee of $10 will be charged at checkout.
MyScallywag will endeavour to process and dispatch complete orders from our warehouse within 3 business days, however due to circumstances out of our control this may not occur (ie. If you have purchased Furniture, Backorder or Special Order items). Delivery times depend on your location within Australia and with whom your order is shipped through. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse:
The delivery service of your purchase is determined at the discretion of MyScallywag depending on the size and quantity of products ordered and the address to which the products will be delivered. We use a courier service for most deliveries and Australia Post for smaller items. You can track your parcel via the delivery service’s website, using the consignment number provided to you by email at dispatch stage. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any information. Some of our couriers use SMS notifications so please provide a mobile phone number at checkout.
It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a courier service who requires a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience and as delivery couriers cannot call prior to delivery, we recommend having your order sent to your work address or to an alternative address if being at home during business hours is not an option.
Furthermore, our couriers use a door-to-door service, which includes delivery to front door, first level entry only. For oversize items, couriers may require assistance unloading heavy and/or bulky items, therefore we ask that someone capable of doing this be present for delivery. Any person present at the delivery address can sign for delivery of the goods.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, you agree that the contents of that order will be left at the address in an appropriate place (also known as Authority To Leave or ATL). In the instance where the courier deems that it is too unsafe, or where there is no assistance for large or bulky items or that there is a potential for theft, they may leave a card to advise you of attempted delivery. You will be required to call the phone number on the card to organise pickup from the courier depot or a redelivery. Any redelivery charges are to be paid by the purchaser and not MyScallywag.
Please note that if any instance where no one is available at the delivery address, and the goods are left at the premise, that the title to the goods are transferred to you, and any occurrence for damaged, lost or stolen items are not covered and warranty is void.
Items purchased from MyScallywag are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon dispatch from the MyScallywag warehouse. MyScallywag takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. We advise for you to inspect all cartons and confirm the contents of all packages at the time of delivery.
If goods appear damaged, we advise for you to not sign for goods, reject the delivery (take photos if possible) and to contact us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of attempted delivery for us to help rectify the issue for you. If goods are signed for at the delivery address, you are therefore are accepting the delivery in good condition and you waiver the right to compensation by MyScallywag the supplier and the applicable courier service – including but not limited to repair, replacement goods or refunds.
Small items and items that are quantity packed may be repackaged, please don’t be worried if your accessories arrive in another box. If you believe you are missing items and have multiple items on your order, ensure you inspect all boxes, as generally these will be placed in larger boxes.
In some cases, items may be split during delivery by the couriers and this is out of our control. Generally your other parcels should arrive within 2 business days of your initial delivery. If this does not occur, please contact the courier service with your tracking number prior to contacting us.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit – ie. your tracking number has advised your order has been delivered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern and order number. We will lodge an investigation on your behalf to the applicable courier service. Investigations usually take up to 2 weeks to finalise, depending on circumstances, some may take longer. Please be advised that MyScallywag cannot redeliver a new order or refund you until the investigation is finalised. Please note that although we can lodge an investigation on your behalf, MyScallywag are not responsible for compensation to you, of any sort, due to loss of orders or damaged items when goods have been left without a signature (ATL).
MyScallywag understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
All items are returned within 14 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
Call 0448 811 384 or email us with the following details: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
We recommend that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as MyScallywag cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
Please note that refunds, exchanges or credits can not be given for special order or custom made items (unless deemed faulty).
If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference.
We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).
In the unlikely event that MyScallywag supplies you with an incorrect product, please email us with your order number, the details of the incorrect order received to customer service, within 48 hours of delivery. We will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible. We will advise you by return email what the next step is which is on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the situation, you may have to send the incorrectly supplied product back to us. We will advise you which method, in which to do so and at our discretion; MyScallywag will reimburse you for the cost of sending the product back to us. Other forms of delivery or upgrade of delivery services, not approved by MyScallywag will be at your cost. The incorrectly supplied product/s must be unused, in its original packaging (packaging must in no way be damaged), hygiene and security seals intact where applicable and be in resalable condition.
Products Deemed Faulty
MyScallywag prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. If however you believe you have a product that is faulty, please call or email us as soon as possible during business hours, with your purchase details. Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases, you may be directed to the manufacturers service department or to email us a photograph of the damaged goods.
Original shipping costs will be refunded on products deemed faulty, but only if purchased within three months of being reported faulty. If you purchased more than one item in any single shipment, only the difference in costs of shipping the faulty item will be refunded. Shipping costs on items sent outside Australia are not refundable.
Note that MyScallywag makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product.
Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. From time to time some products may be offered at a discounted price due to slight damaged or a small fault, this will be detailed on the product page. These items are also not returnable and the sale is considered final.
By placing an order with MyScallywag you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please reply to your order confirmation with the title ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.
MyScallywag reserves the right to cancel an order or an item from an order if we are unable to supply that item due to it being discontinued for any reason, or if that item has incurred a price increase that was unknown to us at the time of advertising. We may also refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that MyScallywag believes violates any of the afore-mentioned terms and conditions.
